You Select a
single entree to serve to all guests

B:
You inform guests of up to 5 choices which they select
and advise you of when they RSVP.
$2 additional
C:
Guests select
from up to 3 entrees upon arrival.
Place cards with
their choice will then be taken by guests to their seats
and placed
on the table for servers to see.
$5 additional
D:
Guests select from 2 entrees when they are seated for dinner.
$10 additional
